    • 🙂 That would be okay….we love watching dogs point. Chancy don’t pay any attention to the birds but he loves to bark at and chase the squirrels and other critters.

  2. Such beautiful birds!!! I can’t believe that brilliant blue. You are an amazing photographer.

    • The birds are beautiful and I have a camera that takes good photos.

    • I wonder about that all the time. We are supposed to be the most intelligent but from what I see the wildlife outdoes us in many areas.

  3. You had a wonderful cast of characters visiting! I so love the beautiful colors of the Blue Jay…only nature can paint in those gorgeous hues. Dylan and I wish you all a wonderful summer!! Hugs

  4. Hooray! The buffet is officially open! 🙂

Great pictures, Maggie. Thank you for sharing!

  5. What a lovely set of photos Maggie! And that tree must be quite mature; the trunk is so big! I miss the Pine tree from our front yard…rarely see birds now. And there is a By-Law prohibiting feeds ‘wildlife’… RIDICULOUS!

  6. Love that shot and seeing the birds mingle. We really can all get along.

  7. It is fun to have all kinds of birds around. We don’t encourage the birds around here since there are so many cats. Great pictures.

  8. Hi Mag, I was wondering what were the brown speckled birds and I found out as soon as I scrolled to the bottom of the blog… Bird watching is a great pastime. I’m sure you feed them well so there are always some around your place.
Enjoy your summer days. Hard to believe summer is already here.
